The identity used to be a simple matter. Personnel records from HR went into your LDAP or Active Directory and were managed by your identity management software. You knew who your people were because you saw them face to face every day.

Attestation Officers are commissioned by both the City of Osmio and by the jurisdiction where they reside (all Attestation Officers are Notary Signing Agents or their jurisdiction's equivalent) to validate identities and administer oaths of identity. That means that an Attestation Officer not only has a demonstrated track record of integrity; they're also both civilly and criminally liable for their actions as Attestation Officers.
The Osmio Vital Records Department's IDQA™ system (IDentity Quality Assurance) lets you and your relying parties know with measurable certainty the reliability of a claim of identity.
Assignments for Attestation Officers are managed by enrollment agencies licensed by the City of Osmio. In addition to face-to-face and video enrollment sessions, cost-effective enrollment services using knowledge-based ID vetting and SMS validation are available.
